Video Dubbing: Dubbix’s video dubbing feature allows users to dub videos in multiple languages. The platform supports a wide range of languages and provides options for professional-quality voiceovers.
Speech-to-Speech Transformation: This service enables users to modify recorded speech by changing accents, infusing different emotional tones, or completely transforming the speaker’s voice. While Dubbix strives to provide the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee perfect results, as our platform uses AI technology that is continuously evolving and improving. The quality of results may vary based on the nature and complexity of the content.
Liability Disclaimer:
Dubbix will not be held responsible in the event of any malpractice, misuse, or errors resulting from the processing of content. Users are solely responsible for the proper use of the platform and ensuring the content they upload meets the necessary standards for accurate results.

Content Ownership:
You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., audio, video, text) that you upload to Dubbix for processing. You must ensure that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process this content.
Third-Party Rights:
You agree not to upload any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party. This includes content protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights unless you have explicit permission from the rightful owner.

Hate Speech or Violence:
Content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any form of harm against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected categories.
Malicious or Harmful Content:
Content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful software that could damage or disrupt Dubbix’s services or other users’ data and systems.

You must not use Dubbix’s voice cloning or video dubbing tools to create deceptive or misleading content (e.g., deepfakes) intended for malicious purposes, such as defrauding or deceiving individuals, impersonating others, or spreading misinformation.
Unlawful Activities:
You agree not to use Dubbix for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to defamation, harassment, or violation of privacy rights.
Non-Commercial Use:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Dubbix’s services are intended for non-commercial use. You may not resell, sublicense, or exploit the services for any commercial purposes without obtaining proper authorization from Dubbix.

Dubbix reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms, including improper use of the platform, prohibited content uploads, or breaches of intellectual property. You agree to cooperate with any investigation conducted by Dubbix, law enforcement, or other regulatory authorities as required.

This license does not grant Dubbix ownership of your content, and your rights to the content remain fully intact.
Responsibility for Violations:
In the event of a dispute or claim regarding the ownership or misuse of user-uploaded content, you agree to indemnify and hold Dubbix harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or your violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

This license is provided solely for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms and does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from Dubbix’s proprietary materials without our express written consent.
Prohibited Use of Dubbix Intellectual Property:
You may not use, copy, imitate, or reproduce Dubbix’s logos, trademarks, or any other proprietary material without prior written consent. You also may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Dubbix’s software or algorithms.

This license is strictly for your own use or for use within your organization, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use:
You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of Dubbix’s services for commercial purposes without express prior written permission from Dubbix.

No Reverse Engineering:
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software or algorithms used by Dubbix, except where such activity is expressly permitted by law.

No Circumvention of Security Measures:
You may not attempt to bypass or disable any security features, restrictions, or technological measures implemented on the platform to control access to its services or content.

You agree to use Dubbix’s services only in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including intellectual property laws and content distribution regulations.
No Use of VPN or Location-Bouncing Tools:
You agree not to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or any other tool, service, or method that changes, hides, or manipulates your actual geographic location to access or use Dubbix’s services. Dubbix reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access if such activity is detected.

To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through the Affiliate Program portal. Dubbix reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at its discretion without providing a reason for rejection.

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Affiliates must also comply with all local, national, and international laws, including those governing online advertising and promotional practices.
Prohibited Participants:
Dubbix may reject or remove from the program any Affiliate who engages in illegal, deceptive, or harmful practices, including but not limited to spamming, fraud, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and privacy laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for endorsements. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Dubbix in any promotions, such as by stating that you may receive commissions for referrals.
Use of Marketing Materials:
Dubbix may provide marketing materials, including banners, logos, and text links, to be used by Affiliates. You may not modify these materials without prior written approval. Any use of unauthorized materials or modifications may result in the termination of your Affiliate status.
Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are prohibited from using unethical or misleading practices for generating referrals, including but not limited to:

Referral Fees:
Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions based on the successful referrals they generate through their unique affiliate link. The specific commission structure, including the percentage of revenue shared or a fixed amount per referral, will be detailed in the Affiliate Program documentation.
Qualifying Transactions:
Commissions are earned on qualifying transactions, which are defined as purchases or subscriptions made by users who click on your affiliate link and complete the payment process within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days). Dubbix reserves the right to change the definition of qualifying transactions at any time.
Exclusions:
Transactions that are refunded, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent will not qualify for commissions. Dubbix may also exclude purchases made by customers who violate the platform’s Terms or who are affiliates themselves.
Payment of Commissions:
Payments are typically made monthly, provided that the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold specified in the Affiliate Program documentation. Payments will be made via the method chosen by the Affiliate during registration (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).

Dubbix also reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, unethical promotional practices, or inactivity over a prolonged period.

Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer have access to the dashboard, and all outstanding commissions may be forfeited if they do not meet the minimum payout threshold at the time of termination. Any remaining marketing materials must be removed from the Affiliate’s website or other promotional platforms.

Use of Dubbix Intellectual Property:
As part of the Affiliate Program, Dubbix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use its trademarks, logos, and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting the platform. This license is strictly limited to the Affiliate Program and does not transfer any ownership rights.
Restrictions:
You may not use Dubbix’s intellectual property in any way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement outside of the Affiliate Program. You also may not register any domain names, social media handles, or other online identifiers that include Dubbix’s trademarks or closely resemble them.
Termination of IP Rights:
Upon termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program, your rights to use Dubbix’s intellectual property will immediately cease, and you must remove all related materials from your marketing channels.

Tax Responsibility:
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the commissions they receive, based on their local tax laws. Dubbix will not withhold taxes unless required to do so by law.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations, consumer protection laws, and any other laws related to affiliate marketing. Dubbix assumes no responsibility for the legal compliance of its Affiliates.

Сохранение содержимого осуществляется в соответствии с Политикой конфиденциальности. Если вы не решили хранить содержимое в своем аккаунте, Dubbix не хранит его дольше, чем это необходимо для предоставления услуги.
2.6 Rights in inputs and outputs
2.6.1 Inputs
Вы сохраняете право собственности на вводимые вами данные. Вы предоставляете Dubbix ограниченную, неисключительную, безвозмездную лицензию на использование, размещение, хранение, обработку и передачу исходных данных исключительно в целях предоставления и поддержания услуг и соблюдения законодательства.
2.6.2 Outputs
В соответствии с настоящими Условиями и правами третьих лиц на ваши исходные данные или ссылки, а также в соответствии с вашим планом и любым отдельным письменным соглашением, Dubbix предоставляет вам лицензию на использование выходных данных в разрешенных вами целях. Вы несете ответственность за получение любых разрешений от третьих лиц, необходимых для вашего предполагаемого использования.
Dubbix не гарантирует, что результаты будут уникальными или что такие же или похожие результаты не будут созданы для других пользователей.
2.6.3 Improvements and training

2.7 Prohibited uses specific to these services

Dubbix может автоматически или вручную проверять вводимые и выводимые данные на соответствие требованиям, блокировать подсказки или поколения, а также удалять или отключать доступ к содержимому, нарушающему настоящие Условия или представляющему юридическую опасность или угрозу безопасности.
Dubbix может уведомлять пользователей о блокировках или удалениях и предоставлять каналы обжалования в случае необходимости. Повторные или серьезные нарушения могут привести к приостановке или прекращению доступа.
2.9 Third-party components and integrations
