Security Risks: Any behavior that poses a security threat to the platform, its users, or Dubbix’s infrastructure, including hacking attempts, distribution of malware, or unauthorized access to user accounts.
Prolonged Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to termination. Dubbix will notify you in advance if your account is at risk of being terminated due to inactivity.

Upon termination of your account, whether initiated by you or Dubbix, you will lose access to all services, data, and content associated with your account. Dubbix is not responsible for retaining any data or content once the account is terminated unless retention is required by law.
Dubbix will delete all user-uploaded content and personal data associated with the terminated account in accordance with its data retention policy, unless retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes. It is your responsibility to back up any content or data before terminating your account.
If your account is terminated for any reason, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination. Dubbix reserves the right to pursue legal action or collections to recover any unpaid amounts.
If your account is suspended due to a violation of these Terms, you may not be able to access the platform or use its services until the issue is resolved to Dubbix’s satisfaction. In certain cases, you may be permitted to appeal the suspension by contacting support and providing evidence to address the violation.
In cases of repeated or severe violations, Dubbix may permanently terminate your account. Once permanently terminated, you will no longer have access to the platform, and any future attempts to create a new account may be denied.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will forfeit any fees paid for services that have not been fully used. Dubbix is not obligated to issue refunds for terminated accounts unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.
Upon termination of your account, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including but not limited to:
Intellectual Property: Any provisions related to the protection of Dubbix’s intellectual property rights.
User Responsibilities: Your responsibility for any content or activities that occurred prior to the termination of your account.
Indemnification: Any obligations to indemnify Dubbix for claims arising from your use of the platform.
Limitations of Liability: Any disclaimers and limitations of liability that protect Dubbix from claims related to the use of the platform.
If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe this action was taken in error, you may contact Dubbix’s support team to request a review. Dubbix will review your request in good faith but is under no obligation to reinstate your account.
If your account is reinstated after suspension or termination, you may be subject to additional conditions, such as compliance monitoring, payment of outstanding fees, or restrictions on certain features.
Dubbix reserves the right to modify or update this termination policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes to the termination policy are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement between you and Dubbix, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. You must contact Dubbix’s support team at [email protected] and provide a detailed description of the dispute, including any relevant documentation. Dubbix will work in good faith to address the issue and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.
Both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations for at least 30 days from the date of the initial notice before pursuing any formal legal action, including arbitration or litigation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Dubbix agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or services provided by Dubbix, through binding arbitration. Arbitration is a more informal way of resolving disputes than going to court and involves a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury.
The arbitration will cover all claims arising out of these Terms, including claims related to breach of contract, torts, consumer protection, fraud, or any other legal theory, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
For all users, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction and arbitration rules of the Dubai Courts.
The arbitrator will have the authority to resolve all disputes between the parties, including determining the scope and enforceability of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator will have the power to award damages and any other relief that a court could grant. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees for the arbitration, unless otherwise provided by the arbitrator or required by law. Dubbix may cover the costs of arbitration for non-frivolous claims filed by individual consumers.
You agree that any arbitration or legal action under these Terms will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against Dubbix. All disputes must be resolved individually, and claims by multiple users cannot be consolidated or joined into a single arbitration or lawsuit.
Claims brought under these Terms may not be litigated or arbitrated on a class or representative basis, and claims of more than one individual cannot be combined or consolidated into a single proceeding.
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, both parties retain the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction within the Dubai Courts or other relevant jurisdiction, as applicable, to prevent or stop actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
Either party may bring a claim in small claims court for disputes or claims within the jurisdictional limits of small claims court, provided the claim remains on an individual basis.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Dubbix’s services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai Courts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event that the arbitration agreement is found not to apply to you or your claim, or in the event of any claim for injunctive or equitable relief, you agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Dubbix is headquartered. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claims.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of Dubbix’s services or these Terms must be filed within six months after such claim or cause of action arose. Any claims filed after this period will be barred and permanently waived unless prohibited by law.
Dubbix reserves the right to modify this dispute resolution section at any time. However, changes will not apply to any dispute for which a formal proceeding has been initiated prior to the date the changes are published.
If Dubbix makes any changes to the dispute resolution section, you will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may opt out by discontinuing your use of the platform and terminating your account within 30 days of receiving the notice.
Dubbix may, at its sole discretion, amend or update these Terms from time to time. Amendments may be made to address operational needs, legal requirements, regulatory changes, or improvements to the platform’s functionality or user experience.
If significant changes are made to the Terms, such as those affecting user rights, obligations, or service fees, we will notify you as outlined below. Changes that are procedural, administrative, or do not materially affect the user experience may be made without prior notice.
In the event of material changes to these Terms, Dubbix will notify users in one or more of the following ways:

If you wish to opt out of the updated Terms, you may do so by ceasing to use Dubbix’s services and closing your account. However, opting out does not affect any obligations or liabilities that were incurred under the previous version of the Terms prior to your opt-out.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. By continuing to use Dubbix after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms, even if you have not actively reviewed them.
Dubbix may retain previous versions of the Terms for reference. If required, you may request access to the archived versions by contacting our support team.
Dubbix will not apply changes retroactively unless required by law or specifically stated. The updated Terms will only apply to future interactions, activities, and transactions with the platform.
In certain cases, Dubbix may provide specific terms that apply to individual users or services. If such terms are provided, they will take precedence over any conflicting provisions in these Terms, but only to the extent of the conflict.
Dubbix provides AI-powered tools for creating, transforming, analyzing, and summarizing audio-visual content. The services include text-to-speech, speech cloning, voice transformation, speech-to-speech, video dubbing, video generation, and audio-video summarization. Use of the services is subject to these Terms, the Content Moderation Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any service-specific documentation or notices displayed in the product. Dubbix may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve performance or comply with law.

To ensure high-quality results, you should only use this feature if you are fully trained on our proprietary scripting and editing tools. We recommend that new users start with short-form content. Outputs generated without sufficient technical knowledge of our Studio tools may not meet quality standards and are generated at the User’s sole risk.
