  • PRICING AND PAYMENT

This section outlines the pricing structure and payment terms for the services provided by Dubbix. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms regarding service fees, billing, payment methods, and refund policies.
  • Pricing Structure

  • Service Fees. Dubbix offers various services, including text-to-speech conversion, speech cloning, voice transformation, and video dubbing, each of which is subject to specific pricing. Pricing details for these services are available on the platform and may vary based on factors such as the type of service, file length, language options, and additional features (e.g., accent modification or emotion control).

  • Subscription Plans. Dubbix may offer subscription plans for users who require ongoing access to the platform’s services. Each subscription plan will have a different pricing structure based on the services included, usage limits, and billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • Pay-Per-Use. In addition to subscription plans, Dubbix offers a pay-per-use option for users who prefer to purchase services on a one-time basis. Pricing for individual transactions will be clearly displayed before the user confirms the purchase.

  • Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods. Dubbix accepts payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment gateways as specified on the platform (e.g., PayPal or direct bank transfers). You must provide accurate billing information and ensure that you have sufficient funds or credit available for the transaction.

  • Authorization of Charges. By submitting payment information, you authorize Dubbix or its third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees for the selected services. You also agree to pay any additional charges that may arise from currency conversion fees, taxes, or other applicable fees imposed by your payment provider.

  • Billing Cycle. For subscription plans, billing will occur at the start of the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) and will continue on a recurring basis unless you cancel the subscription before the next billing date. Pay-per-use services will be billed immediately upon purchase.

  • Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds. Dubbix strives to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as intended, or if the content violates Dubbix’s content policies and is rejected for processing. Refund eligibility will be determined at Dubbix’s sole discretion.

  • Non-Refundable Services. Certain services, such as completed voice transformations, video dubbing, or processed files, may be non-refundable once the service has been rendered. You will be notified before confirming your purchase whether the service qualifies for a refund.

  • Subscription Cancellations. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no additional fees will be charged. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription unless otherwise specified in your plan’s terms.

  • Price Changes

  • Notice of Price Changes. Dubbix reserves the right to modify the pricing of its services at any time. If there is a change in subscription pricing, we will provide advance notice to affected users via email or through the platform. The new pricing will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle for subscriptions, and users will have the option to cancel their subscription if they do not agree to the new rates.

  • Promotional Pricing. From time to time, Dubbix may offer promotional pricing or discounts. These promotions are subject to specific terms and may only be available for a limited time. Promotional rates do not apply retroactively to previous purchases unless explicitly stated in the promotion’s terms.

  • Taxes and Fees

  • Sales Tax. Pricing displayed on the platform may not include applicable taxes, such as sales tax or VAT, depending on your location. Any such taxes will be added to the total amount charged at checkout based on your billing address.

  • Currency Conversion Fees. If you are making a payment in a currency other than your local currency, your payment provider may charge currency conversion fees. Dubbix is not responsible for these fees, and they will be added to your total payment amount, as determined by your payment provider.

  • Late or Failed Payments

  • Payment Failures. If Dubbix is unable to process your payment due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or other issues, you will be notified, and you must promptly provide updated payment information. Failure to update your payment information may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the platform.

  • Late Fees. In the event of a failed payment for a subscription or recurring service, Dubbix reserves the right to charge late fees or penalties, as outlined in your subscription agreement. Continued non-payment may result in the termination of your account and the loss of access to Dubbix’s services.

  • Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Disputed Payments. If you believe there is an error in the billing or payment process, you must contact Dubbix’s support team within 30 days of the transaction to dispute the charge. Dubbix will investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund or adjust the charges as appropriate.

  • Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with Dubbix may result in the immediate suspension of your account. Dubbix reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks and to pursue legal remedies to recover any losses resulting from fraudulent or improper chargebacks.

  • Account Termination and Payment Obligations

  • Subscription Termination. If your account is terminated for violating the platform’s Terms or due to inactivity, any unpaid fees or charges accrued prior to termination will still be due. Dubbix may take legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

  • Surviving Obligations. Your obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges survives the termination of your account. Dubbix reserves the right to withhold any services or data until all outstanding payments are resolved.

  • DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Exceptions to Limitations

  • Jurisdictional Limitations. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations of liability set forth in these Terms will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and Dubbix’s liability will be limited to the extent allowed by the applicable jurisdiction.

  • Consumer Rights. If you are a consumer, certain statutory rights may apply to you, including rights regarding the quality of services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

  • CONTENT REVIEW AND REJECTION

Dubbix is committed to maintaining a high standard of service and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. To ensure the integrity of the platform, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, reject or remove user-generated content that violates these Terms, our content policies, or applicable laws. This section outlines how Dubbix handles content review and the circumstances under which content may be rejected.

  • Appeal Process

  • Appealing a Rejection. If you believe that your content was rejected in error or that the rejection was unjustified, you may submit an appeal by contacting Dubbix’s support team. Appeals must include a detailed explanation of why the content should be reconsidered, along with any relevant supporting information.
