Welcome to the Dubbix Affiliate Program
By enrolling in the Dubbix Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
1.2 Participation is limited to individuals or entities with a valid email address and payment method.
1.3 Dubbix reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide a reason.
2.1 Upon approval, each affiliate will receive a unique referral link for tracking purposes.
2.2 Commissions are earned based on successful referrals tracked through these unique links.
2.3 The tracking cookies associated with referral links are valid for 30 days, meaning affiliates will earn credit for purchases completed within 30 days of a customer clicking their link.
2.4 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring proper use of referral links to guarantee accurate tracking.
3.1 Affiliates earn a commission of 20% of the subscription revenue generated by their referred customers.
3.2 Payouts are processed monthly, provided the affiliate’s earnings meet the minimum payout threshold of $50.
3.3 Payments are made via the payment method selected by the affiliate during registration. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring their eligibility to receive payments in their jurisdiction.
3.4 Dubbix is not liable for any payment delays or failures caused by inaccurate or outdated payment information.
3.5 Commissions are calculated net of any applicable taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
4.1 Misrepresenting Dubbix or its products and services in any manner.
4.2 Using misleading, unethical, or spam-based promotional methods, including unsolicited emails or advertisements that violate applicable laws or regulations.
4.3 Violating third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
4.4 Engaging in activities that harm Dubbix’s reputation, mislead customers, or result in fraudulent transactions.
Dubbix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these rules.
5.1 Affiliates may use marketing materials and assets approved by Dubbix for the sole purpose of promoting Dubbix’s products and services.
5.2 Unauthorized use of Dubbix’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Affiliates must not create websites, social media pages, or other digital properties that resemble or imply affiliation with Dubbix beyond what is permitted under these Terms.
6.1 If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, any commissions previously credited for that transaction will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings.
6.2 If the commission for a refunded or charged-back transaction has already been paid, Dubbix reserves the right to recover the amount by adjusting future payments.
7.1 Dubbix reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time and at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
7.2 Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Dubbix.
7.3 Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions that do not meet the payout threshold of $50.
8.1 Dubbix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
8.2 Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.1 Dubbix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
9.2 Dubbix’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount of commissions earned by the affiliate within the preceding three (3) months.
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the DIFC, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
